In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Personal data is only processed when you use the request form, actively start a video or technically access the website.

Accessing the website (server logs)

The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the site and to keep it secure and stable, for example by protecting it against attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after a short period unless needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. A transfer to the USA is possible; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Request form and email

If you use the form or send an email, your details (name, email address, optionally company, date, location, type of event and message) are processed to handle the request and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures). The data is sent by email to office@roodixx.at via Cloudflare’s email service and is not otherwise passed on to third parties. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

To prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly when you submit the form to block repeated submissions within one minute; it is not stored permanently for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). An invisible check field also helps to detect automated spam.

YouTube videos

Videos are embedded only as a preview image loaded from this server. Only when you click a video is a connection made to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) via youtube-nocookie.com. Your IP address and information about the video watched are transmitted to YouTube. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More in Google’s privacy policy.

Links to social networks

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Wikipedia are included only as plain links. Data is only transmitted when you click a link and open the respective page, where the provider’s privacy policy applies.

Fonts

All fonts are delivered together with the website. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. An informal email to office@roodixx.at is sufficient. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
